Well, we've finally found another brilliant coffee that brings yet another standout fruity and floral experience and we think it is the perfect new coffee to kick off 2021. This coffee is delightfully complex; fruity, floral, with a smooth, syrupy mouthfeel and a heavy body.

FARM INFO

 

2 special farms in Buesaco town of Nariño region, working daily to collect the best coffee cherries to produce an excellent quality coffee. Coffee is fermented in sealed tanks for 5-6 days. Then, the coffee is pulped, washed  and dried. Anaerobic processed and washed coffee is fresh, fruity, brings the lively citric acidity, very well balanced, shows a fancy cup. Our special Colombian anaerobic coffee is a blend of 2 farms including El paraiso’s production which came in 7th place in 2020 Cup of excellence in Colombia. The same blend processed natural is also available for the curious coffee admirers to try.
