All of our coffee is considered specialty grade, 80+ points on a 100 point scale. To get this level of quality, great care and attention to detail must be taken at every step in the process from growing all the way to brewing. Read more about this here.

 WHERE IS YOUR COFFEE GROWN?

Coffee is grown in a very specific part of the world between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn. All of our coffees are Arabica beans and are required to be grown at high altitude.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP OUT YOUR COFFEE EACH WEEK?

We ship our all orders on Wednesday of each week. Orders received after 11am EST on Wednesday will be shipped out the following week.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY COFFEE?

If, for any reason, there is an issue with your coffee or you aren’t satisfied with the product, e-mail us at hey@incommon.coffee and we will make it right.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE OUR COFFEE?

Coffee doesn’t like to be stored in a hot, moist, bright, or a smelly environment. It will keep its freshness the longest when stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry, and odour free place.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY COFFEE?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind for any reason on an order you have placed, let us know right away at hey@incommon.coffee. If we haven’t shipped the order, we will cancel it and give you a full refund.

WHY DON’T YOU SELL DARK ROASTED COFFEE?

The goal of our roasting style is to bring out the natural flavours of the bean. Because our coffee beans are such high quality, this means you will get pleasant fruit, floral, chocolate, caramel, and/or nutty flavours in your cup. It would be a shame to cover up these flavours with the dark, roasted, smoky flavours of the roast.
